Our experts determine key figures to display the liquidity and profitability, and analyse the individual items in the profit and loss account. Together with you, we establish threshold values that function as an early warning system and allow you to act early in the event of bottlenecks. In this way, you can keep an eye on the cost of goods sold, the available liquid funds or the outstanding receivables, to name just a few examples.

To provide you with an overview of where the competition stands in relation to you, we also look at the industry key performance indicators and create a comparison to the industry average. This often enables us to identify the areas where there is potential for improvement, and where action needs to be taken.

The target/actual comparison is a similarly significant element of our analyses. We are continuously checking whether the targets set in the annual budget are being achieved or whether a tighter focus on the goals is necessary. No plan, no success!
